Machu Picchu & Sacred Valley

Long the home of attractive colonial towns and isolated weaving villages, in recent years it has become a destination in its own right. Day 1

Arrival Day: Lima

Arrival at Lima´s airport, you will be taken to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2

Flight – Cusco

After breakfast, Transfer to Lima’s Airport and you will board your flight to Cusco. Flight not included.

Arrival at Cusco and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon City Tour Cusco where you will visit The

Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the nearby ruins: Qenqo (Ceremonial and Ritual center,),

Puca Pucara (this complex was probably used by Emperor Pachacutec as a Tambo), Tambomachay

(also called “The Bath of the Inca”) and Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Return to the hotel in Cusco.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Cusco – Machu Picchu – Cusco: Full day Excursion

Breakfast at the

hotel. Very early transfer to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, arrival and

bus to Machu Picchu. Arrival and excursion to the Citadel of Machu Picchu for 2hours and 30min. The

guided tour included the well-known Intihuatana (Solar Clock), the Watchtower, the Inka´s Palace and

the Three Windows. Then, return to Aguas Calientes by bus and lunch included. By the afternoon

board the train to return to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

Cusco – Sacred Valley – Cusco

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-Day at the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Departure by bus to

Awanacancha. Also, visit the famous Indian market of Pisac, a delightful place where you can

bargain for the goodies with the local street vendors. Buffet Lunch included. Then, visit the majestic

fortress of Ollantaytambo. Return to Cusco and visit Chincheros Village. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5

Transfer: Cusco – Lima

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cusco Airport and you will board your flight to Lima. Flight not included.

Arrival in Lima and transfer to a hotel in Lima. In the afternoon, visit the City including the 3

historical periods: Pre-hispanic, Colonial and Modern. We will first show you a panoramic view of “La

Huaca Pucllana”, and then you will visit the impressive Historical Downtown of Lima, ending the visit to the residential district of San Isidro. Return to the hotel. Overnight in hotel

Day 6

Transfer Out: Cusco – Lima

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cusco Airport and you will board your flight to Lima.

hotel. Muy temprano traslado a la estación de tren para abordar el tren a Aguas Calientes, llegada y

Bus a Machu Picchu. Llegada y excursión a la Ciudadela de Machu Picchu por 2 horas y 30 minutos. los

Día 5
Traslado: Cusco – Lima

Desayuno en el hotel. Traslado al aeropuerto de Cusco y abordará su vuelo a Lima. Vuelo no incluido.

Llegada a Lima y traslado a un hotel en Lima. Por la tarde, visita la ciudad incluyendo los 3

períodos históricos: prehispánico, colonial y moderno. Vista panorámica de “La

Huaca Pucllana ”, y luego visitará el impresionante Centro Histórico de Lima, finalizando la visita al distrito residencial de San Isidro. Regreso al hotel. Alojamiento en el hotel.

Día 6
Traslado de salida: Cusco – Lima

Desayuno en el hotel. Traslado al aeropuerto de Cusco y abordará su vuelo a Lima.
